Stable and powerful lift for straight stairs and steps

The stable Konstanz platform stair lift is intended for use on straight stairs and steps both indoors and outdoors. The sturdy drive sprocket with six hardened steel rollers can move loads of up to 300 kg effortlessly and with low wear.

With maximum dimensions of 900 x 1500 mm, the Konstanz wheelchair platform is a real marvel of space and is even suitable for electric scooters. If there is sufficient headroom the platform may also be used standing up.

Since the running rail is not bound to a specific inclination or order, the system can in most cases be used again after disassembly.

Drive

The drive system of the Konstanz platform stair lift can move loads of up to 300 kg effortlessly and very smoothly. The sturdy roller-wheel drive consists of a drive wheel with six hardened steel rollers. No lubricant needed on the entire rail.

Running rails

With our Konstanz platform stair lift the high-quality running rail also assumes the function of the stair handrail. As a result, there are no extra costs for a handrail in new or renovated buildings. Since the running rail is not bound to a specific inclination or order, the system can in most cases be used again after disassembly.

Platform size

The platform of the Konstanz platform stair lift is available in two standard sizes: 750 x 1000 mm and 800 x 1000 mm. With maximum dimensions of 900 x 1500 mm, the Konstanz wheelchair platform in the XL version is a real marvel of space. Apart from that we can manufacture virtually any other platform size.

Corrosion protection

When the Konstanz platform stair lift is used in outdoor systems, the platform, running rail, supports and fastening materials are galvanised and powder-coated as standard. If desired, the running rail can also be supplied in powder-coated or electro-polished stainless steel.
