The “Initiative against violence” team supports parents and legal guardians around youth protection on the topics of avoiding violence, security, addiction problems, bullying and cyberbullying.
The main topics for the Lippe region are:
- Organization and design of anti-violence seminars in individual class groups
- Formation of information points and contact points for children suffering from violence
- On-site prevention work
- Parents’ first parenting steps to protect their children
- Early detection of bullying and taking appropriate countermeasures
- Dealing properly with the consequences of bullying/cyber bullying, etc.
Workshop Laubke of the Lebenshilfe Lemgo e.V.
We work together with the Laubke workshop from Lebenshilfe Lemgo e. V. for many years. Since we manufacture products for people with disabilities, it is a matter of course that we also source parts from facilities such as the Laubke workshop. The Laubke workshop assembles smaller components and cable harnesses for our lifts.
The Laubke workshop offers around 170 individual job opportunities for people with a mental disorder. In addition to imparting practical skills, the specialist training accompanying the training is part of the funding concept.
In addition to the opportunity to establish and consolidate social contacts, working in the Laubke workshop offers a procedure for structuring the day and preparing for a possible (re)integration into working life.
LIPPE Lift supports Aktion Mensch Soziallotterie
Since 2011 we support Aktion Mensch and thus support up to 1,000 very different and diverse social projects per month.
By acquiring the lot of the Aktion Mensch campaign, we are helping to improve the living conditions of people with disabilities, children and young people.
We are committed to a natural coexistence of people with and without disabilities.
